Small Town Coffee Shop Bringing Local Folks International Roasts
If you could bring your favorite thing to your small town, would you do it? If you really loved pasta, and there were no good pasta restaurants around, would you open a pasta restaurant to fulfill the need you have seen? This was a question Laura Marshall, founder of Just The Beans Coffe, asked herself before deciding to open her new Café downtown. Marshall says she saw a real need for a small business coffee café owned by someone from the town she grew up in. Just The Beans may seem like it is just another addition to the list of small businesses in Salisbury, but it is bringing a brand new big idea to the town.
